Directions: Tear open pouch when ready to use. It may take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare to reach its therapeutic temperature. Do not place the heat cells on the palm of the hand. Place on pain area on back of hand with thumb through slit and and darker discs toward skin. Wrap straps under palm of hand and fasten. Over-tightening may cause discomfort. Adjust as needed. Be careful when applying to the hand and wrist-do not overlap the heat cells. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend you wear ThermaCare for 12 hours.
